YOUR DECISION MAKING PROCESS
Photographs are the most precious visual possession we have, and we appreciate that you will want to make the right choices as these images will be in your family for a lifetime. It is very helpful to have all people relevant to your decision making process present.
If an important member of the family is unable to attend, then we recommend you reschedule for another day, with as many days notice as possible. If however, only one person is able to attend your purchasing session, then we need this person to be able to confirm and finalise your order at your appointment.
We keep your ordered images as high resolution digital image files for at least 6 years. Image files that do not make your final selection are kept for three months after your order is completed just in case you want to add to your order. We do offer a lay-by option if desired.
THINGS TO CONSIDER
Please consider and discuss the following prior to your appointment:
Look for possible rooms your new artwork could hang. Collections of imaged can sit nicely when spanning a wall similar lengths to sofas, dining room table, mantel piece. If you have narrow spaces we can crate vertical collections on acrylic; canvas or metal (ie all frameless).
• If you don’t have a spare wall consider a beautiful set of free standing acrylic blocks.
• If you have existing framing you would like to match to, then please bring us an example.
• Consider which relatives you would love to give images to, and what type of image (family, children together, individuals etc).
We can provide packaging for small images to post o/s.
We suggest you take snapshots (using a digital camera or moblie phone) of potential walls that your new family fine art photographs could hang. Bring your camera with these images to your appointment to assist us in the design process. We can use your digital images in our viewing/selection programme to show you what your images would look like on your walls if you email us your images in advance.
PREPARATION AND TIMING OF YOUR APPOINTMENT
This appointment is scheduled within 10 days of your shoot. Your purchasing appointment will take approx 90 minutes or more (ie: 30 minutes to make choose your initial favourites, then another 45 minutes to refine your selection, work out design and sizing of images, then fifteen minutes to choose framing and record your final order details.)
Young children can get very restless during your appointment thus making your “decision making” process quite challenging. Please consider this when making your appointment, as many parents have found it challenging to concentrate when making decisions.
Our minimum order is $445 unless specified in an offer, or gift voucher advising that the minimum order has been waived. You are under no obligation to buy if you do not ‘absolutely love’ your images. We offer a satisfaction guarantee that you will love your pictures or we will offer a reshoot. We promise that we will never pressure you into purchasing more than you are comfortable with. We want you to enjoy this experience. If you are happy we are happy!
We would appreciate full payment at time of purchase and choosing. Alternatively you could pay a minimum deposit of 50% and balance four weeks later. We offer ‘Pay Smart’ payment plans with 1/3 deposit, and up to 3 further monthly payments. We welcome credit cards (mastercard/visa) and cash. We only accept cheques for deposit. We are looking into a take home lay-by option (please let us know if this would suit you best). This is your main buying opportunity, with one ordering session allocated per shoot. If a second purchasing appointment is desired there is a fee of $75.
